Returns Policy

We are happy to offer a credit, exchange, or refund on an item you've purchased from us within 30 days of your purchase date, provided it fits one of the below circumstances outlined below.

Please note: Any items purchased from one of our stockists may only be returned to the original place of purchase.

Change of Mind

If you've had a change of heart about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us in its original condition and packaging.

Additional rights may apply to consumers located in the European Union. Please refer to the "European Union Customers" section below.

Faulty Item

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please take a photo of the reaction and discontinue use of the product immediately.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back with us.

Incorrect Item/Damaged on Arrival

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you.

Mistake when Ordering

We understand that mistakes can be made when ordering. We'll need to receive the product back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

European Union Customers

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union and have purchased products from our retail online store, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods by submitting our online returns form or contacting our Customer Service team.

Returned goods must be sent back to VANI-T without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Customers exercising their right of withdrawal are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods to our Australian warehouse.

Upon receiving the returned goods, or evidence that the goods have been sent back to us, we will process any applicable refund. Refunds will include the purchase price of the returned products and the cost of the original standard delivery option selected at checkout. Additional charges for express or premium shipping services are non-refundable.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products. Where products are returned in a used, damaged, unsaleable or materially diminished condition, VANI-T reserves the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the loss in value.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic, tanning, skincare, haircare and personal care products that have been unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for return, refund or withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

Examples may include products protected by foil seals, shrink-wrap seals, tamper-evident seals or similar protective packaging.

This section applies only to consumer purchases made by residents of the European Union through our retail online store and does not apply to trade, wholesale, salon or distributor purchases.

1. Get in touch

To request a return, please fill out the online returns form below.

Please ensure this form is submitted before sending your item back to us. It makes the process a lot easier, and we cannot guarantee a refund, exchange or credit if the form is not completed.

2. We'll get back to you

One of our Customer Service team members will contact you via email with instructions on how to correctly label your return.

3. Pack & Send

Pack up your item carefully so it reaches us safely. You can re-use your VANI-T packaging, or a similar sized box if you no longer have it.

Following the instructions emailed to you, correctly label your return and post it to the address provided.

The shipping cost incurred by the customer for returning item(s) is not covered or reimbursed by VANI-T unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Then what happens?

We will process your credit, exchange or refund within 14 business days of your return arriving back to us, or where applicable, after receiving evidence that the goods have been returned.
