Custom duties and import taxes

Freight charges do not include any applicable international custom duties or import taxes which may arise upon product entering your country. All international custom duties, taxes and related charges must therefore be borne by the purchaser.

How long will it take for your order to be processed? 

You will receive a confirmation email from VANI-T to confirm that your order has been placed. VANI-T orders placed before 12.00pm (ACDT) Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12.00pm (ACDT) will processed the next business day. 

Please note: During sale and/or product launch periods customers may experience a slight delay in orders being dispatched. 

How long will it take to ship? 

International orders are dependent on the requested shipping destination. You will receive your order in approximately 10-14 working days from the day you placed it.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from VANI-T with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox. If you still can’t find it, it’s possible we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact VANI-T customer service team at, contact us via our live chat or call us on +61 8 8206 8700 (Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm ACDT) with your name and order number to enable us to check the status of your order. 

Are you having problems with your tracking? 

In some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status on their website. However, if your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please contact VANI-T customer service team at world@vanit-t.comcontact us via our live chat or call us on +61 8 8206 8700 (Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm ACDT). 

Please Note: 

VANI-T is not responsible for any delays caused by the freight carrier, especially during high-volume seasons. Please note that all delivery times are estimated. VANI-T cannot guarantee delivery dates.

If you are not home to accept your package and have not left a note on your order to leave package without signature, the freight carrier will leave a card in your letter box detailing the steps for picking up your delivery at the local post office or re delivery.

If you have not received your package within 7 business days of placing the order, contact us with your full name as well as your order number and we’ll look into the matter immediately.

VANI-T is not liable for missing parcels due to any errors on the customer or the freight carrier’s behalf.
