INTERNATIONAL:
Orders Under 1kg: $19.95 AUD Express Delivery (2-5 Business Days*)
Orders 1kg to 2kg: $29.95 AUD Express Delivery (2-5 Business Days*)
Orders 2kg to 5kg: $39.95 AUD Express Delivery (2-5 Business Days*)

Custom duties and import taxes:
Freight charges do not include any applicable international custom duties or import taxes which may arise upon product entering your country. All international custom duties, taxes and related charges must therefore be borne by the purchaser.
How long will it take for your order to be processed?
You will receive a confirmation email from VANI-T to confirm that your order has been placed. VANI-T orders placed before 12.00pm (ACST) Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12.00pm (ACST) will processed the next business day.
How long will it take to ship?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from VANI-T with tracking information. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox. If you still can’t find it, it’s possible we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact VANI-T customer service team at hello@vani-t.com or call us on +61 8 8206 8700 (Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm ACST) with your name and order number to enable us to check the status of your order.
Are you having problems with your tracking?
In some cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status on their website. However, if your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please contact VANI-T customer service team at hello@vani-t.com or call us on +61 8 8206 8700 (Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm ACST).
What if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
Unless specified, for all orders there is a standard ATL (authority to leave) as long as there is a safe place to leave your parcel. If you do not wish to have an ATL, please leave a note upon checkout.
If there is no safe place to leave your parcel, the courier will take it to your local post office for collection.

Customers may experience a delay with dispatch and delivery during sale and/or product launch periods, and as a result of COVID-19.
VANI-T is not responsible for any delays caused by the freight carrier, especially during high-volume seasons. All delivery times are estimated. VANI-T cannot guarantee delivery dates.
If you are not home to accept your package and have not left a note on your order to leave package without signature, the freight carrier will leave a card in your letter box detailing the steps for picking up your delivery at the local post office or re delivery.
If you have not received your package within 7 Business Days of placing the order, contact us with your full name as well as your order number and we’ll look into the matter immediately.
VANI-T is not liable for missing parcels due to any errors on the customer or the freight carrier’s behalf.
