This balm delivered a luxurious feeling of hydration when I applied it then once removed my skin felt super clean, smooth and incredibly hydrated. Having never used a cleansing balm before I was worried it might leave my skin feeling oily. I was surprised to feel it turn into a milky consistency when I added water and it definitely removed all makeup as it suggests. My skin was left feeling so hydrated and smooth. Will buy again.
