Renowned inventor and physicist Nikola Tesla said, “if you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”
Your ‘vibration’ is really just a way of describing your overall state of being. Everything in the universe (including you) is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. Frequency measures the level of vibration present and can identify different vibrational patterns.
Whatever frequency we’re at, our vibrations are constantly changing and influenced by every single thing we touch, eat, hear, see, smell and feel.
Think for a minute about electricity or your Wi-Fi signals; you can’t see them, but you know they influence and assist our everyday lives. This is exactly the same way energies and vibrations work. I’m sure we have all experienced being around someone who has low or high vibes and how it affected us.
What exactly does energy, vibration and frequency have to do with health and wellness?
Health, beauty and wellness are intertwined in ways we’re still trying to fully understand. However, one element of wellness that has the potential to enhance both our internal and external beauty is vibrational frequency.
When we are in a state of higher vibration, we feel a beautiful sense of living in the moment... jumping out of bed each day full of optimism and radiating unconditional love, peace, kindness and compassion.
